2004-2005

Puerto Rico & Dominican Republic Launch

• Multi-Ventas Y Servicios P.R Inc. decide to enter in the Forklift and Battery market for Puerto Rico & Dominican Republic.
• MBF establish a relationship with Douglas Battery Manufacturing and acquire battery parts and manufacture our flooded brand PowerHawk PRO.
• MBF establish a relationship with EnerSys and acquire battery parts and manufacture our VRLA brand PowerHawk Elite.

2005

• MBF gets a contract from TJX to replace all battery back-ups
• MBF acquires the Automotive battery line of Global/Yuasa (Rocket) and Brand the batteries PowerHawk Classic
• MBF acquires Ametek battery Charger lines
• MBF share representation of the specialty batteries brand Trojan for Puerto Rico

2006

• MBF get a contract with Sprint Caribbean to replace its batteries
• MBF becomes the exclusive representative of the line of Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks for Puerto Rico.
• MBF open a new facility for over the counter Forklifts Parts
• MBF enters the cyber-world with its detailed webpage www.mbfpr.com

2007

• MBF becomes the exclusive representative of the line of Doosan Forklift Trucks for Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic.
• MBF build battery back up at Microsoft in Puerto Rico to N+2 standard
• MBF receives recognition by MFCA (Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklifts of America) for Outstanding Performance in the First Year of Operation (2006)

2008

• MBF Replaces overhauls all batteries in the 16 stations of Tren Urbano in Puerto Rico
• Becomes exclusive Rep. for Crown Batteries
• MBF helps AT&T establish a battery replacement program
• MBF has its alternate power batteries certified by AAE (Administracion de Asuntos Energéticos)

2009

• MBF finish phase 3 at Microsoft, Humacao to a fully operational N+3 supported data center
• MBF fuse with Power Energy Distributors to enter the alternate power market
• MBF win the bids to repair the photovoltaic system in “Mona” and re-build the system at “Caja de Muertos” a strong start in the alternate power market in P.R.

2010

• MBF Becomes the exclusive representative of the line of Linde and Jungheinrich Forklift for Puerto Rico & U.S Virgin Island.
• Crown Batteries give us FIAMM representation on the Island.
• MBF Completely overhaul the reserve Island of “Caja de Muertos”

2011

• MBF secures a multi-annual service contract with Puerto Rico Telephone
• MBF Becomes the exclusive representative of the line of Walker Neuson for Puerto Rico.
• MBF establish an Authorized Service Center for Schneider Electric / Xantrex

2012

• MBF secures a annual service contract with AT&T Puerto Rico
• MBF Becomes the exclusive representative of the line of JCB for Puerto Rico.

2013-2017

• MBF Renew a Multi-annual service contract with PRTC/Claro.
• MBF Renew a Multi-Annual forklift rental contract along with it’s service with all Coca Cola Industries.
• MBF build a battery service and replacement center at PR Supplies for its forklift fleet.

2018-2022

• After the effect of Hurricane Maria MBF reinvents its renewable department to include installation since the customer base requires it.
• MBF becomes a distributor to Sol-Ark inverter products and sole Authorize Service Center for Puerto Rico.
• MBF becomes a distributor to HomeGrid Lithium products and sole Authorize Service Center for Puerto Rico.
